Job Description : JD:- Role & responsibilities Problems solving and resolution adhering to SLA, Implementation of system change requests and releases. Finding solutions to the given problem and fixing the bugs. Perform Root coause analysis & Impact assessments. Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during project deployment/ support cycles. Testing of application & change releases.
