Job Title: Java Developer-Java, Azure Functions, Kubernetes & Microservices Location: PAN India Experience Required: 6 to 14 Years Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java Spring Boot , Azure Functions , Microservices architecture , and Kubernetes . The ideal candidate will take ownership of leading the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications and backend platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems using Java Spring Boot and Microservices. Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions and other Azure services. Deploy and manage containerized services in Kubernetes environments. Guide the team through all phases of SDLC including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment. Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and QA. Mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture. Expertise in building serverless applications using Azure Functions. Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerized deployments. Good grasp of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools. Agile/Scrum team experience. Nice-to-Have Skills Docker, Helm, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus. Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
