Java Developer

Role Overview: You are a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Your proficiency in MongoDB and modern Java development is essential for designing scalable solutions, developing and maintaining web services, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement efficient database structures based on business requirements. - Apply architectural and design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable code. - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web services and applications. - Optimize application performance through effective tuning techniques. - Collaborate with team members to transform business requirements into robust, agile solutions. - Identify, debug, and resolve software issues and defects. - Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests. - Ensure best coding practices, clean architecture, and maintainable codebase. - Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Java development, with at least 5 years in Spring Boot. Preferred Technical Skills: - Programming & Frameworks: Java 17, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data MongoDB, Microservices architecture, Hibernate, JPA, JSP, RESTful and SOAP APIs, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). - Database: MongoDB. - Build & Version Control: Maven, Git. - Testing: JUnit. - IDE/Tools: Eclipse, Visual Studio Code. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Agile development mindset. - Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges. Additional Details: This is a 100% onsite role based in Kochi. 5+ years of experience in Spring Boot is mandatory and will be considered a key selection criterion.,
