Java Developer

As a Software Engineer at Innervex Technologies, you will be part of the Innervex Product Engineering team responsible for developing desktop/web applications and integrating them with cloud services. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, fixing bugs, improving application performance, mentoring team members, and providing accurate estimates for tasks. You will proactively analyze, code, and unit test software within a team environment, ensuring adherence to pre-defined standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Review delivery dates and work requirements, analyze alternatives, and communicate options - Define, design, and ship new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Fix bugs and enhance application performance - Mentor team members - Provide accurate task estimates - Analyze, clarify, code, and unit test software - Participate in code reviews - Develop software to predefined standards - Perform functional analysis and debugging - Write and update documentation - Work to meet project schedules and deadlines - Report status in an agile environment - Contribute ideas to project planning Qualifications: - Expertise in end-to-end Java development - Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodology - Proficiency in Core Java (J2SE and JEE), RDBMS, REST, and Spring Framework - Strong programming skills in Multi-threading, JDBC, and web service integration - Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and n-tier architectures - Knowledge of Unit Test Frameworks and Web/Application Servers Education: - UG: B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT), B.Sc.
