Job Description

We are currently seeking a Java Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable applications and growing into a leadership role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where they can make a meaningful impact
In this role, you will be responsible for translating application storyboards and use cases into functional, high-quality Java applications
You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code while ensuring the best possible performance and responsiveness
Youll work closely with the team to identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and uphold high standards of code quality and automation
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and possess a strong understanding of Core Java and the Spring framework
Experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB is required, and familiarity with PostgreSQL is a big plus
Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a solid grasp of data structures are essential to succeed in this role
