Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Java Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java developmentThe ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience working with frameworks and databases, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable applicationsYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and solutions

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design and implement database-driven applications

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and incorporate them into your work

Ensure the quality of the codebase by writing and maintaining unit tests

Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts

Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP)

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development life cycle

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
