Java Developer fresher and intern

Java Developer / Intern (OpenAS2 Project) – Lucknow
Job Type: Full-time / Internship
Work Mode: In-person (Lucknow)

Overview:
We are looking for Java Developers or Interns with strong fundamentals to work on OpenAS2, an open-source Java project used for secure file transfer over the internet. You’ll get hands-on experience in backend systems, encryption, and real-world protocol handling.

Responsibilities:

• Clone, build, and run the OpenAS2 (Maven-based) project.
• Read and modify existing code for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Configure system routing, partner setup, and certificates.
• Work with Java Keystores (JKS), encryption, and SSL/TLS setup.
• Troubleshoot message delivery or protocol issues.
• Deploy and test the system on Linux-based environments.

Skills Required:
Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+ / Java 11 preferred)
• Familiar with Maven, Git, and standard Java project structure
• Understanding of file handling, multithreading, exception handling
• Basic understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, requests, and responses
• Interest in encryption, signing, and data security concepts

Good to Have:

• Exposure to open-source Java projects
• Experience with JKS, SSL/TLS, or Linux CLI
• Familiarity with Log4j, SLF4J, XML, JSON, or BouncyCastle library
