Java Developer

As a Java Developer at FinFirm Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative IT services company committed to enhancing client processes and productivity through software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design effective software solutions. - Develop clean, efficient, and testable code using Java and associated frameworks. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle PL/SQL. - Optimize database performance through efficient SQL queries and PL/SQL tuning. - Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Identify and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Java development for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Hands-on experience in Java development with a solid understanding of programming principles and best practices. - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring or Spring Boot, and PL/SQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous. - Experience or familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). - Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
