The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ (MVC), Java, and PostgreSQL with hands-on experience in a Windows environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++ (MVC) and Java. Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code following best coding practices. Optimize existing code for better performance and scalability. Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL to design, develop, and maintain database structures. Write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance. System Integration & Maintenance: Ensure seamless integration of software components. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure software runs smoothly on the Windows environment. Technical Documentation & Code Reviews: Prepare technical documentation for software applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: 4+ years of experience in programming. Proficient in C++ (MVC) and Java development. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL (Database design, optimization, queries). Experience working in a Windows environment. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a good sense of urgency.
