Job Description

Position

7+ years practical experience in the development of software.
Java/J2EE experience in developing scalable customer applications.
OOPS concepts, Core Java and various design patterns using JAVA.
Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle. Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.
Propose changes to current Java infrastructure.
Write well designed, testable code.
Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
Manage Java and Java EE application development.
Should have a good knowledge of design patterns and prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.

Technical skills required: -

Java, J2EE, Servlets and MVC
Spring boot, Maven and Microservices
JMS, EJB and Web Services
Eclipse IDE, Git lab and Continuous Integration
Design Patterns covering Factory, Abstract, Strategy and Repository
XML, SQL Server, DB2/Oracle, WAS and Apache/IBM HTTP server
