Job Requirements

Server-side core Java 8+ development
Communication protocols, such as REST and WebSocket
Docker + Kubernetes
Basic knowledge of Argo and/or Ansible
CICD tools (GoCD/Circle CI/gitlab CI)
Cloud Ops services (Google/AWS/Azure)
Automation with bash or python
Monitoring/alerting tools (Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Elasticsearch)
Testing good practices: both unit and integration testing
Working on high-volume highly available websites
Develop and troubleshoot new and existing software within time and scope of the integration.
Perform tests of the applications and apply remediation as needed to eliminate errors.
Ensures smooth process during third-party API integrations.
Assist in the development and peer review of plans, technical solutions, and related documentation.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java framework MVC, Web API, Entity Framework

• Computer Science or Engineering related degree

• Spring framework - A good working knowledge of the core spring libraries

• Design patterns and software design approaches such as Domain Driven Design and Microservices

• Distributed caching and scaling (Hazelcast, nginx)

• NoSQL database development (e.g. MongoDB)

• Apache Camel

• Good understanding of best coding practices

• Experience in MS-SQL Server and Mongo database

• Basic knowledge in front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular is a plus

• Experience in API Programming & Integrations

• Skilled with all OOP concepts
