Java Developer (1-5 Years Experience) | 2017-2023 Graduates Only About the Role: We are looking for a talented Java Developer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on Java, AWS, and DevOps , helping to build scalable and high-performance applications. Role & Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, JPA, Web/UI technologies). Design and implement REST APIs and Microservices architectures . Work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate to create efficient backend solutions. Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). Set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline for automated deployments. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Ensure high performance and reliability with profiling, logging, and monitoring tools . Collaborate in an Agile (SCRUM) environment and contribute to sprint planning and code reviews. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Graduation Year: 2017 - 2023 only. Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on Java development experience. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs . Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). Exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, DynamoDB) and caching solutions (Redis, ElasticSearch, Solr). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
