Experience:

Location:

Java Cloud Native Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance and ensure best practices in coding, security, and scalability.
Implement cloud services and solutions primarily on AWS.
Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.

Technical Skills Required

Must Have:

Java
Spring Boot
Microservices
SQL
AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS)

Nice to Have:

Docker
Kubernetes
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience leading development teams or technical modules.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
