Team Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to the Java development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure the team meets deadlines. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement test-driven development practices. Technical Solutions: Design and implement robust APIs, data storage solutions, and security protocols. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into the development process. Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks. DevOps Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, and other DevOps tools. Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and database design. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
