Java Backend Lead

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable systems. Job Requirements : 8-14 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Microservices). Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Proven track record of leading teams or mentoring junior engineers.
