Java Backend Developer

You are a highly motivated Java Developer who will join a growing development team to build efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications. - Work with Spring Boot to build microservices-based architectures. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services. - Integrate with front-end technologies, databases, and external systems. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product) during the software development lifecycle. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - 1+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. - Experience with RESTful web services, JSON/XML, and API development. - Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL. - Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab. - Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG, and logging frameworks. **Soft Skills:** - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. - Good verbal and written communication. - Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
