About the Role:

Java Back-End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
server-side applications
using Java and related technologies.
Implement
RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend logic
to support web and mobile applications.
Write
clean, maintainable, and efficient code
following industry best practices.
Optimize applications for
performance, scalability, and reliability
.
Collaborate with
front-end developers and UI/UX teams
to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Perform
unit testing, code reviews, and debugging
to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Work with
databases (SQL/NoSQL)
to design schemas, queries, and data integration solutions.
Ensure
security best practices
are followed in application development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–7+ years
of experience in Java back-end development.
Strong proficiency in
Core Java, J2EE, and Spring/Spring Boot framework
.
Experience in
RESTful API design, microservices, and backend integration
.
Knowledge of
databases
: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Familiarity with
ORM frameworks
like Hibernate or JPA.
Understanding of
design patterns, OOP concepts, and MVC architecture
.
Experience with
version control systems
(Git, SVN) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
