Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years of professional Java development experience. Proficiency in Java 11 or above with strong system design and programming skills. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework , Spring Boot , and RESTful services . Solid understanding of algorithms , data structures , and multithreading . Familiarity with CI/CD tools , Git/Gradle , Docker , Kubernetes , and DevOps practices . Expertise in RDBMS (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Apache Cassandra). Autonomous decision-making in technical and architectural matters. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
