Java Backend Developer

About the Role

Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
scalable backend services
using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize applications for
performance, scalability, and reliability
.
Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.
Work with
cloud environments
(AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and scaling.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in
Java (8/11/17)
.
Hands-on experience with
Spring Boot & Microservices
.
Proficiency in
Data Structures & Algorithms
.
Cloud exposure
AWS / Azure / GCP
(any one is fine).
Solid understanding of
REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
.
Experience in a
product-based company
(or worked with
product-based clients
).
Proven experience working on
high-traffic / large-scale distributed applications
.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
