Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Java Back End Developer

  • Develop and maintain backend services using

    Java

    and

    Spring Boot

  • Design, build, and optimize

    microservices-based architectures

  • Build scalable, event-driven systems using

    Kafka

  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on

    AWS

    and other cloud platforms
  • Work with

    Docker

    and

    Kubernetes

    for containerization and orchestration
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Implement best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in

    Java

  • Solid understanding of

    Data Structures & Algorithms

  • Hands-on experience with

    Spring Boot

  • Expertise in

    Microservices

    architecture
  • Experience with

    Kafka

  • Knowledge of

    AWS

  • Proficient with

    Docker

    and

    Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of any

    Cloud Platform

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Strong experience with

    SQL

    (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/MS SQL)
  • Knowledge of

    NoSQL

    databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with

    Elasticsearch
