Java + AWS Developer

Experience Required:

Job Summary:

Java + AWS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices architecture
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on
AWS
using services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging
Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with cloud security standards
Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Java 8+
,
Spring Boot
, and
REST APIs, Strong problem solving with DSA
Experience with
AWS services
such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
Familiarity with
Microservices architecture
and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
Good understanding of
SQL/NoSQL databases
(MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.)
Experience with
CI/CD tools
and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Knowledge of
security best practices
in cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
