What You Will Do: • Develop high-performance Java web applications to support global operations and users across multiple regions. • Ensure the quality and integrity of applications through continuous development, testing, and improvements. • Collaborate with a dynamic, energetic team, mastering advanced web programming technologies. • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. • Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, defining problems, and proposing suitable solutions. • Document and communicate solutions clearly through comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and well-commented code. • Design and install system solutions by determining specifications, standards, and effective programming practices. • Conduct system analysis to recommend improvements and optimize policies and procedures. • Stay current with the latest development tools, technologies, and industry trends by engaging in continuous learning opportunities. • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information to protect operations and business integrity. • Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues to enhance team performance and project success. • Support and mentor fellow software engineers, providing advice, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth. What You Will Need: • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Java Developer or similar role • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree • Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Oracle, PL/SQL, and frameworks like Spring, Swing, and Eclipse. • Proficiency in Web Services, Maven, Git, Shell Scripting, GWT, and RESTEasy framework. • Solid knowledge of jQuery and Linux/Ubuntu for development and deployment. • Experience with integration tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, and Bamboo. • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear flowcharts, layouts, and code comments. • Ability to analyze systems, identify issues, and recommend actionable improvements. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams. • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry advancements.
