About the Role

Solution Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design and development

  of Java/JEE applications and RESTful microservices.
• Work on

  modern UI frameworks

  such as Angular, Ionic, IBM MobileFirst, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Design and optimize

  database solutions

  across relational (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB) platforms.
• Develop and deploy

  cloud-native applications

  on AWS.
• Implement and manage

  Docker containerized environments

  .
• Partner with

  Product Owners

  and

  Architects

  to make strategic technical decisions aligned with business OKRs.
• Apply

  architecture and design patterns

  for performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead and coach Agile technical teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure adherence to

  DevOps practices

  , including CI/CD (Jenkins), configuration management (Git, Bitbucket), build automation (Maven, Gradle), unit testing (JUnit), and code quality checks (SonarQube).
• Promote

  best practices

  like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of

  hands-on design and development experience

  in Java/JEE applications.
• Strong expertise in

  RESTful microservices architecture

  .
• Proficient in

  front-end technologies

  : Angular, Ionic, IBM-MFP, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Experience with both

  relational

  and

  NoSQL databases

  .
• Strong

  Docker

  and

  AWS

  cloud experience.
• In-depth understanding of

  distributed computing

  and

  modern architecture patterns

  .
• Proven leadership as a

  Technical Lead

  in Agile environments.
• Experience in

  mentoring and coaching

  development teams.
• Practical knowledge of

  DevOps toolchains

  (Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, SonarQube).
• Experience with

  design, presentation, and prototyping tools

  .

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA from a reputed institution.
