Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise software development. You will play a critical role in defining the technical roadmap and ensuring the adoption of best practices in software engineering. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications. Architect microservices-based solutions ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams. Define coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines . Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation. Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization. Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Knowledge of security best practices in application development. Exposure to front-end technologies like Angular/React (optional but preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Java, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous. Prior experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
