Java Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and incident management.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage and execute deployments using automation tools.
• Support in job scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using tools like

  Autosys/Control-M

  .
• Work with observability tools (e.g.,

  AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana

  ) to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Document processes and resolutions as part of knowledge management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents as required.
