4+ yearsWe are looking for an App Developer with strong expertise in Java and web technologies to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in production support, troubleshooting, and analyzing error logs, as well as familiarity with tools like Dynatrace and SPLUNK. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues related to production support in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze error logs (UNIX, Java) and work with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, SPLUNK).
  • Work directly with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
