In this role at SAP, you will primarily focus on developing AI-driven product features within the Service Cloud team. Your responsibilities will include integrating AI solutions, working on a cloud-native stack, and contributing to the continuous delivery of services. You will collaborate with a talented team and have the opportunity to work on complex AI-powered features within the Customer Experience & Service portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Designing, coding, testing, and ensuring the quality of AI-powered product features - Integrating AI capabilities into SAP CX solutions using SAP AI Core and LLMs - Building intelligent services using generative AI to enhance customer interactions - Collaborating across teams and time zones with flexibility and accountability To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4 years of working experience post BS in computer science or equivalent - Excellent software development skills in Java 8/11 - Good knowledge of Angular, Data Structures, Algorithms, and coding skills - Analytical and communication skills - Knowledge of microservice architecture is an added advantage - Ability to work well in a team The team you will be a part of primarily works on SAP Sales Cloud - Sales and Retail Execution topics, integrating with core processes of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP S/4 HANA. The solution is developed using event-driven microservice architecture involving technologies like Java, Angular, K8s, Kafka, MongoDB, and Elastic Search.
