By joining us, you will play a crucial role in assisting the world's leading organizations in unlocking the value of technology and contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive world. **Role Overview:** - Deploy solutions in AWS and on-premises environments under supervision. - Install and configure Fineos solutions locally or remotely to support triage and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). - Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue status and resolution plans. - Perform technical triage and functional analysis to identify RCA of customer issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient support operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - 6-9 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and deployment. - Proficient in Java (J2EE) technologies including JSP, AngularJS, Node.js, JNDI. - Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and services, including hybrid deployments. - Skilled in working with application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS. - Strong knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora) and integration technologies (SOAP/HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSphereMQ, SOA, AquaLogic). **Additional Details:** At Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path with a range of internal opportunities and personalized career guidance from our leaders.
