Job Title: Jan Nidhi Staff – Crowd Funding Executive Department: Rashtra Nirman – Fundraising Team Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Reporting To: Call Center Manager / Fundraising Manager Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (as per organizational policy) Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in telecalling to connect with potential donors across India and raise funds for the mission of Rashtra Nirman . Communicate the objectives, impact stories, and needs of the NGO effectively to inspire individuals to contribute. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, pledges, and payments in CRM or manual logbooks. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly donation targets set by the management. Follow up with leads and repeat donors to build long-term donor relationships. Coordinate with the Digital Team for promoting donation campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS, and social media. Attend daily briefing and training sessions to improve communication, pitch quality, and donor engagement. Support the team during on-ground donation drives or events, if required. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Passionate about social service and nation-building. Basic knowledge of mobile apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Pay, PhonePe) and Excel entry preferred. Ability to work with sincerity, discipline, and integrity. Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and high dedication towards organizational goals. Confidence and clarity in telephonic communication. Goal-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
