Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IVR QA Analyst to join our team at Zensar Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience with IVR systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for IVR systems to ensure high-quality performance.
Conduct thorough testing of IVR applications to identify and report defects.
