Role Overview: As an IT/ITES apprentice at Xerox Holdings Corporation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the IT/ITES industry. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide practical skills and knowledge in various areas of technology and business processes, allowing you to contribute to real-world projects and gain valuable work experience in the IT/ITES sector. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in comprehensive training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge. - Assist senior professionals in tasks such as system administration, data management, technical support, and process improvement. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and IT-related problems. - Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures for efficient knowledge sharing. - Support data analysis, data entry, data cleansing, and data validation tasks. - Interact with customers to provide technical support, troubleshoot software or hardware issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Comply with organizational policies, security protocols, and industry best practices to maintain data privacy. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and self-development. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors Degree. - Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. - Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, software applications, and programming concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices. - Familiarity with programming languages, databases, operating systems, or specific software tools is a plus.
