ITIL, Service Now, SNOW developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at CGI, you will be responsible for designing and configuring ITSM, Flows, Scripting & integration in ServiceNow. Your expertise in change management, incident management, problem management & service catalog, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Access Control List will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the Financial sector, preferably Insurance sector. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential in this role.
