Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily production operations and maintenance activities at the Roha plant. The role involves ensuring smooth equipment functioning, assisting in production planning, and maintaining records to achieve production efficiency, safety, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Production & Cylinder Operations
· Support daily cylinder filling activities as per production schedule.
· Handle cylinder movement, segregation, and loading/unloading operations safely.
· Ensure all cylinders are properly checked, tagged, and sealed after filling.
· Assist in drum filling and product transfer activities.
B. Utility & Maintenance Support
· Operate and maintain RO water system, including regular backwash and filter cleaning.
· Report any abnormality in the RO system or equipment immediately.
· Support the maintenance team in basic repair or fitting work when required.
C. Loading & Dispatch Activities
· Assist in ISO tank loading and related dispatch operations.
· Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth material movement.
D. Safety & Housekeeping
· Follow all plant safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
· Ensure cleanliness and orderly upkeep of work areas.
· Report any unsafe condition, leakage, or damage to equipment immediately.
E. Documentation & Coordination
· Maintain basic records of filling, RO maintenance, and loading operations.
· Coordinate with supervisors for day-to-day operational updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
