You are primarily responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships, and generating revenue. You will primarily focus on expansion , sales growth , and market penetration . The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development with a hands-on experience of managing a team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales : Identifying new leads and business opportunities. Client Acquisition & Partnerships : Negotiating and closing deals with new clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Market Research : Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Revenue Growth : Creating strategies to increase revenue streams, including expanding into new markets or verticals. Sales Pipeline Management : Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are met. Networking : Building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to promote the company’s services/products. Collaboration with other Teams : Working with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and sales strategies.
