Job Description

Position Overview:

fluent Italian-speaking professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Italian-speaking clients and our internal accounting team.
  • Translate written and verbal communications (Italian ↔ English) related to accounting and financial matters.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates between clients and internal staff.
  • Review and interpret accounting documents, invoices, and financial statements for accuracy and understanding.
  • Assist in client onboarding, gathering financial data, and clarifying requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian and English

    (spoken and written).
  • Background in accounting or finance

    (degree or equivalent work experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting terminology and financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in translation, client relations, or project coordination is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
