Job Summary:The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations, management, and staff of the center. They will be responsible for ensuring the centers goals are met, customer satisfaction is high, and operations run smoothly. The Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, handle budgets, manage inventory, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive working environment for the team.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring the center meets its goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and industry regulations. Monitor and manage the center's resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities. Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and performance. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage staff. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Handle staff scheduling, ensuring there are adequate resources to meet customer demands. Promote a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment. Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and issues promptly. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Financial Management: Manage the center’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Track financial performance, review financial reports, and identify areas for cost savings or improvement. Ensure financial processes are adhered to, including invoicing, payments, and reporting. Reporting & Communication: Regularly report to upper management on center performance, issues, and improvements. Maintain clear and efficient communication with other departments or teams. Provide necessary data and reports for performance analysis and decision-making. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality standards are met consistently. Implement quality assurance processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously assess processes and work to improve operational effectiveness. Strategic Planning & Development: Set goals for the center and create action plans to achieve them. Participate in strategic planning to grow the center’s capacity, improve services, and enhance performance. Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Previous experience in management or a supervisory role (3-5 years preferred). Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service: Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze situations and come up with solutions to challenges. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and resource management. Computer Skills: Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and management systems (CRM, ERP).
