You will be working as an IT Vendor Manager at BNP Paribas India Solutions. BNP Paribas is a leading bank in the European Union with a global reach, operating in 65 countries and employing nearly 185,000 people. As an IT Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external and internal service partners in the field of software and outsourcing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing supplier relationships and acting as the central coordination function - Monitoring service providers based on indicators and SLAs - Evaluating suppliers and managing SLA and contract renewals - Ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures, purchasing, and outsourcing requirements You will work closely with IT and Non-IT Leads on operational issues and collaborate with legal, procurement, and risk functions. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in managing strategic service providers, negotiating contracts, and have a good understanding of KPIs in the banking and financial services sector. Additionally, you should possess good communication and diplomatic skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under stress. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IT contracts and excellent English language skills are essential. Proactive and collaborative behaviors, along with the ability to make decisions and manage projects, will be key to your success in this role.
