Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry. Collaborating with other trainers or subject matter experts to develop training programs. Maintaining training records and documentation. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
