Roles and responsibilities: - CRM Training & Implementation: Conduct engaging training sessions on CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zoho. - Workflow Optimization: Help teams leverage CRM automation to improve sales, marketing, and customer service. - Support & Troubleshooting: Assist employees iin resolving CRM-related issues and improving adoption. - Documentation & Guides: Create training materials, user guides, and tutorials for internal and external use. Must have white board and experience in Power Point Presentation. -Customization & Best Practices: Ensure CRM platforms are set up and used effectively based on business needs What Were Looking For: -Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex processes & engage learners effectively. - A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Freshers with CRM knowledge and passion for training are also welcome to apply!
