Job Description / Responsibilities: Diagnosing network problems. Collecting IT usage stats. Carrying out routine configuration installation of IT solutions. Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc. Answering technical queries and assisting users. Responsibility for security. Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system. Troubleshooting any reported problems. System performance tuning. Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running. Desired profile of the candidate: Having Knowledge of Desktop Server OS, Applications, Email configuration trouble shooting, Networking, Basic Active Directory, DNS Services Good Communication Skills in case of email communication/ verbal communication. Good problem-solving skills, organizations skills, time management. Hands on experience of installing IT hardware software. Working knowledge of IT operating systems particularly windows Microsoft Exchange. Strong grasp of computer security
