Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Tender Management:

• Must have product knowledge of the IT products
• Lead the entire lifecycle of IT tenders, especially for

  government and public sector projects

  , from opportunity identification to contract award.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all tenders comply with government procurement guidelines, such as

  GFR (General Financial Rules)

  eProcurement platforms

  , and other applicable statutory frameworks.

• Documentation & Submission:

• Prepare and manage technical and commercial bid documents in response to

  RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs

  issued by government agencies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with legal, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure all documents and processes align with government procurement norms.

• Post-Award Compliance:

• Support post-tender award processes such as signing of contracts, submission of performance guarantees, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or Diploma IT related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  managing IT tenders, with

  at least 2–3 years focused on government tenders

  .
• Sound understanding of

  public procurement rules

  CPP Portal

  , and relevant government tendering processes.
• Experience with

  e-tendering systems

  , documentation protocols, and handling compliance-related paperwork.
• Certifications like

• Familiarity with both technical and commercial aspects of IT bidding for government projects.
