IT Technical Support

As a fresher IT Support for this position in Noida, IN, your primary role will involve providing technical support for IT-related issues. You will be responsible for identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software. Additionally, you will communicate with customers to understand and address their problems effectively, provide timely feedback, follow up to ensure resolution, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
