IT Technical Lead- Process Control Network

As an IT Technical Lead specializing in Process Control Networks, your role involves owning the strategy, prioritization, and internal commercialization of Network Process Control Networks to effectively manage capacity and work deliverables. You will lead a team of IT professionals, drive technological innovation, and ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for the architecture, design, and support of the DMZ network between the business corporate IT network (Level 4) and the Control network (Level 3), including the firewalls, routers, and switches. - Develop and implement the strategy for Process Control Networks within the organization. - Prioritize and manage the internal commercialization of Process Control Networks. - Oversee capacity planning and work deliverables related to Process Control Networks. - Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Process Control Networks implementations. - Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of Process Control Networks. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Process Control Networks. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to Process Control Networks. **Skills Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on securing network infrastructure within Industrial Networks and/or Process Control Networks. - Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams. - Strong domain knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies supporting Industrial Networks. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Skills:** - Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications related to networking, security, firewalls. - Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
