As an IT Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing content workflows, supporting students, coordinating virtual sessions, and maintaining basic technical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Upload and manage educational content and test series across platforms; ensure timely publishing and quality control. - Handle student engagement through activations, reminders, and follow-ups; provide prompt assistance and maintain clear communication. - Schedule and manage Google Meet sessions for classes and webinars; ensure seamless execution of online meetings. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues; suggest improvements to enhance user experience on web and mobile platforms. - Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on software and hardware systems as needed. Qualifications: - Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite and CMS platforms. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of IT systems and support. - Prior experience in operations or support roles is preferred.
