Job Title: IT Systems Infrastructure Manager Location: Nasik, India Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT professional to oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications across Geo Lotus Global Pvt. Ltd. The role requires technical expertise in software integrations, network management, and IT security. The IT Systems Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in optimizing digital tools, protecting data, and enhancing IT operations to support our organization s growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Software System Management Monitor and manage software utilization, including Tranzact ERP, Keka HRMS, Autobits machine monitoring, PipeTracker, QMS, CMMS, Google Workspace, and the IT design architecture. Ensure software integrations are optimized for seamless inter-departmental workflows and data consistency. Network Infrastructure Maintenance Oversee and maintain internal IT servers, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations across departments. Manage and troubleshoot IT network services, including CCTV, conference solutions, Internet connectivity, and internal IT systems. Digital Visual Management Implement and manage IoT-based display systems throughout the organization for digital visual management, internal communications, and employee engagement. IT Security Data Protection Establish and enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and manage user access control. Ensure compliance with data protection policies and best practices across all software and IT systems. Event Management IT Support Coordinate IT setups and system execution for company events and activities, providing comprehensive support for all IT-related logistics. Technical Support Troubleshooting Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving software, network, and hardware issues efficiently. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, network administration, and software integrations. Proficiency with ERP systems, HRMS, IoT, and network infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of IT security and data protection. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Preferred: Experience with IoT displays, CMMS, and QMS systems. Proven track record in optimizing digital tools and supporting company growth through IT systems management.
