- Deploy Somatiq software at client sites (hospitals, diagnostic centers)
- Set up and configure Linux servers, Docker containers, and networking
- Troubleshoot environment-specific issues (network configs, firewall rules, system variables)
- Work with client IT teams to resolve connectivity and integration challenges
- Document deployment procedures and create runbooks
- Assist with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance tasks
- Help maintain security documentation and policies
- Support internal audits and evidence collection
- Learn and implement security best practices
- Prepare for upcoming ISO 13485 certification (medical device QMS)
- Handle internal IT issues for the team
- Provide technical support to clients via WhatsApp and remote access (AnyDesk)
- Troubleshoot DICOM connectivity, image flow, and server issues
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Manage user access and permissions
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Experience with Linux server administration
- Understanding of WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH)
- Any experience with DICOM/medical imaging (rare, but valuable)
- Speaks Hindi or Multiple Languages
- You Google errors before asking for help
- You document what you learn
- You take ownership of problems until they're solved
- You're comfortable saying "I don't know, but I'll figure it out"
- You can stay calm when a client's system is down
