The IT Support team will maintain the company s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of design and manufacturing software and systems. You will troubleshoot and provide technical assistance. How Will You Do It Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems. Install and configure software and hardware. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed. Maintain IT documentation and records. Stay updated on IT trends and advancements. What We Look For Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and technical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
