We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting end-users. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about IT support and systems management Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Provide first-level support to employees by responding to IT-related queries. Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, software applications, and network devices. Support system monitoring and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Assist in setting up new users, including configuring accounts and hardware setup. Document IT processes, create troubleshooting guides, and update the inventory of IT assets. Ensure security best practices, including data backup and network security. Collaborate with IT engineers and vendors for issue resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux). Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of help desk software or remote troubleshooting tools. Basic understanding of IT security concepts and network configurations.
