IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing daily support to staff, and overseeing the functioning of hardware, software, networking systems, and CCTV surveillance across all branch locations. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues across multiple branch offices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Oversee and manage the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems . Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly and recordings are securely stored. Coordinate CCTV footage retrieval for audits or investigations as requested. Ensure data backup systems and antivirus software are up to date. Support email configuration and management (Outlook, Webmail, etc.). Manage user access and system security (LAN, VPN, firewall settings, etc.). Coordinate with vendors for IT and CCTV equipment purchases and services. Maintain IT and CCTV asset inventory and documentation. Assist in implementing and maintaining logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP). Provide remote support when required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role. Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and surveillance software . Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server operations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Experience in logistics or warehouse systems is an added advantage.
