Job Description

As an IT Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems, with a focus on managing Asterisk and Dialer servers. Your role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and implementing necessary procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Asterisk and Dialer Server Management: - Efficiently handle dialer and telephonic server issues. - Install, configure, and manage Asterisk systems. - Manage user accounts and SIP trunks. - Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues. - Implement security measures for VoIP communications. - Set up IVR, call queues, and conference bridges. - Technical Support: - Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. - Promptly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - System Maintenance: - Perform regular system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades. - Ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems. - Network Administration: - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Configure network settings and troubleshoot connectivity issues. - User Management: - Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. - Collaboration: - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support. - Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. - Vendor Management: - Liaise with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance. - Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues. - Linux and Server Management: - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Linux operating systems and server management. - Desktop Support: - Provide technical support to end-users for software installations, upgrades, and configurations. - Perform system updates and maintenance tasks. Qualifications Required: - Immediate Joiner - Located in Gujarat - Age Criteria: 30 to 35 years - Expertise in Asterisk - Experience in handling dialer and telephonic servers - Strong knowledge of Linux and server management This is a Full-time role with a Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. Note: Work location is in person.,
